Palheiro Spa offers its guests the choice of two swimming Pools:
Outdoor Swimming Pool: 17 x 8 m
Opening hours: 09h00-18h00 daily.
Indoor Swimming Pool: 8 x 4 m
Average Temp: 27-30 degrees
Massage Jets
Opening hours: 09h00-20h00 daily.
Towels and bathrobes available at spa reception, and there’s a secure locker facility in the spa changing rooms.
Please be reminded that children under the age of 16 cannot use this area after 13h00.

Fitness
The Spa’s fitness room has been equipped to ensure guests can continue their usual fitness routine while on holiday. In addition to the Fitness Room, there’s also a floodlit all-weather tennis court (racquets and balls available at Hotel Reception), badminton court and jogging track around Palheiro Estate.

Power Plate
Palheiro Spa is delighted to be the first to introduce the Pro 5 AIRdaptive Power Plate to Madeira Island.
This is a premium vibration device designed to power a new dimension in wellness solutions for all ages, lifestyles and physical abilities. It uses the principles of Acceleration Training to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration. These vibrations transmit waves of energy throughout the body, activating muscle contractions multiple times per second and enhancing overall performance in sessions as short as 15 minutes a day, three times a week.
